Welcome and congratulations mama! My name is Sorca and I am a privately practicing midwife who provides care from preconception until six weeks postpartum, inclusive. I support women who choose to birth their babes in their home or in hospital.

Booking appointments usually begin at 12 weeks into your pregnancy and visits are monthly until around 28 weeks and become more frequent until birth

I support women to choose the safest place possible for them. This includes birthing in home or I can provide hospital support.

I offer holistic, in home postnatal care from birth up until discharge when your baby is six weeks of age

ABOUT ME
Midwifing found me early in my adult life at a time when I was undergoing deep internal shifts around life and health and a passion for women’s rights/rites. Midwife to me means more about witnessing, supporting and gatekeeping thresholds of life in a sacred and physiological way. It was not until my own birth of my daughter at home, did I then step into my full potential of what it means to be midwife. Walking beside women as their knowing of themselves, shapeshifts and re-emerges newly transformed is one of my biggest honours.
